Custom Portrait Process
Once you make your selections and purchase your portrait, you should receive an email receipt with a link to submit the photo and other pertinent information you would like to have drawn.

Please attempt to send a picture that does not obscure the pet's head and part of their body. People will not be drawn. Image quality is important, so please be sure to send a photo you are happy with.

If you requested a name and/or date to be included on the drawing please include that with the photo submission.
​
Materials used will be: graphite pencils, lightly textured acid-free paper (color ranging from cream to off-white), and the final drawing will be sprayed with acid-free/archival "Fixatif" to prevent smudging of the drawing. Any custom requests in the use of specific materials can be requested prior to the sketch process.
I will send you a sketch of my progress to ensure the layout is to your liking. Once confirmed, I will finish the drawing. The drawing itself is not intended to be an exact replica of the photo submitted and the implementation is up to the artist's discretion.

Your drawing will be completed and shipped within 2 weeks (unless otherwise arranged) from the date your photo was submitted.

Your item should ship within 3-5 business days. When your item ships, you will receive an email to the email provided when ordering with the tracking information. Check your "spam" or "junk" folders and other email addresses should you not be able to find the shipping confirmation.

USPS Priority Mail shipping and insurance costs are included in the price of the products.

To inquire about a possible damaged order refund, please email me with your order number and clear photos of the damage to the package (prior to opening it) and its contents.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of a handmade drawings, refunds and returns of drawings are not available. Please use care when opening your package (do not use sharp objects to open) as I cannot replace an item damaged in the opening process. Lost or returned items in the mail cannot be replaced, so please make sure your mailing address is correct.
